Your tasks

  • Practical implementation of sales strategy, co-design of plans and practical achievement of quantified goals, as well as success-oriented work

  • Active and responsible co-design and implementation of the global business plan, realization of the plans in marketing / sales

  • Detailed understanding of the markets in terms of customer needs and the corresponding market segments

  • Hands-on sales for holistic supply chain solutions, consisting of consulting and system solution

  • Pick up customers, from cold calling through own personal/professional network to maintaining existing customer relationships

  • Full time

your qualifications

  • Higher commercial education with some years of professional experience, preferably in a similar position

  • Very good command of written and spoken English, any other foreign language would be an advantage

  • Several years of operational and strategic management experience in the corporate areas of marketing and sales

  • Mastery of the entire marketing mix

  • Mature, naturally calm, respected, success-oriented doer-personality with existing network of contacts

  • Strong communicator with high energy level and the ability to convince internal and external partners for common goals

  • Willingness and ability to create, positive assertiveness and persuasiveness

  • Positive empathy, willingness to listen and learn
