HANS HUBER, CEO
Hans Huber, born in 1973, combines extensive experience in digitalization and industrial value creation. After completing a dual degree in business informatics and an MBA in Manchester, he took on management responsibilities in companies with a strong focus on production and supply chains, including Gigaset and Endress+Hauser.
At Gigaset, he held senior positions and played a key role in establishing and expanding the international B2B business, focusing on technology-enabled business processes, production control, and product portfolios in an industrial environment.
From 2017 to 2025, Hans Huber headed the digital division of Endress+Hauser, a leading global provider of measurement and automation technology.
His work there focused on topics such as connectivity, industrial platform solutions, and international business development.
He is a founding member of the Open Industry 4.0 Alliance and was active on its board for several years. His focus is on the systematic integration of IT, production, and industrial business models.
Since August 2025, Hans Huber serves as CEO of STREMLER AG.
Alphonse Stremler, FOUNDER AND CHAIRMAN SUPERVISORY BOARD
Alphonse Stremler was born in Luxembourg in 1950 and graduated as a mechanical engineer from RWTH Aachen University in 1978.
Alphonse began his professional career at Klöckner-Humboldt-Deutz AG from 1978 to 1988, passing through positions as plant manager, assistant to the chairman of the board, division manager for medium-sized and large engines, and chairman of the management board of Klöckner-Humboldt-Deutz AG Paris.
In 1989, Alphonse Stremler moved to become a member of the Management Board (COO) at Techno Saarstahl GmbH in Völklingen. In 1994, he assumed responsibility as Chairman of the Management Board at Zumtobel Licht GmbH in Dornbirn, his focus here was to launch one of the first global pull and just in time delivery solutions in 24h.
Convinced that his innovative solutions could benefit various industries in supply chain optimization, Alphonse founded STREMLER AG in 1994, and since then has carried out more than 120 projects in 50 companies to reach new levels of efficiency, flexibility and responsiveness.
In 2012, Stremler Digital was launched to feature real time simulation capabilities and accelerate the improvement pace of the value chain. STREMLER now features a mature Industry 4.0 solution to organize and digitalize supply chains the smart way.
Alphonse Stremler led STREMLER AG as CEO for over three decades. Since August 2025, he continues to support the company’s strategic development as Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
BRIGITTE STREMLER, CO-FOUNDER
Brigitte Stremler was born in 1950 in Kleve. She originally trained as a secondary school teacher in English and Geography and comes from an entrepreneurial family.
In 1994, Brigitte co-founded STREMLER AG together with her husband, Alphonse Stremler. From 2012 to 2025, she served on the Executive Board, where she was responsible for Finance and Human Resources.
For over three decades, she worked diligently behind the scenes, holding the threads together and providing stability, perseverance, and a dependable foundation - becoming a defining constant in the company’s history. Since August 2025, she has been supporting STREMLER AG as a Strategic Advisor.
