As a Senior Project Manager (all genders), you will take on the management of challenging transformation and optimization projects – from shop floor performance to supply chain strategy. You will combine operational excellence with digital intelligence, lead interdisciplinary teams, and support our customers in implementing sustainable performance improvements.
Your tasks
Senior Project Management
Independent management of projects for our customers (supply chain engineering, real-time planning systems, transformation projects)
Leadership of interdisciplinary project teams
Project management according to time, quality, and budget
Responsibility for internal projects for the further development of STREMLER AG
Shop floor optimization
Analysis and improvement of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and PPH (Pieces per Hour) along the entire value chain at our customers' sites
Introduction and moderation of continuous shop floor management with clear target metrics, visual performance control, and regular review meetings
Identifying and implementing productivity and efficiency improvements in assembly, packaging, logistics, and intralogistics
Developing digital dashboards and real-time transparency for machine, personnel, and material availability in close cooperation with the data management team
Application and anchoring of CIP methods (Lean, TPM, SMED, 5S) and data-based decision-making processes for sustainable improvement of shop floor performance
PPH monitoring for ongoing monitoring and optimization of throughput and plant performance
Interface management between production management, maintenance, planning, IT systems, and management level
Communication of results to customers – structured milestones, recommendations for action, and progress reports
Supporting the transformation to flexible capacity control, adaptive production planning, and real-time control
Strategic development
Helping to shape processes, services, and product offerings
Communication with our customers' management levels
Supporting sales and business development
your qualifications
University degree (industrial engineering, computer science, logistics, business administration, or comparable)
At least 5 years of experience in project management and/or consulting, preferably in industry or logistics
Proven success in managing complex projects
Strong communication skills at all hierarchical levels — from employees to management
Knowledge of the implementation of IT-supported production or logistics systems is an advantage
Entrepreneurial thinking, organizational skills, and strong social skills
Fluent German and English (at least C1 level), French skills are an advantage
Willingness to travel within the DACH and Benelux regions
