Mission
The construction industry is surely one of the industries with the most potential in efficiency due to digitalization. For this project we focused on railway construction. Our customer in this project is a leading family-owned company in railway construction and maintenance. The mission was to drive the digital change by introducing a proof-of-concept of our realtime planning and control application for the construction staff.
Solution and Work Process
To proof feasibility and illustrate potential, provision of data base was a key:
Identification of all processes involved
Gathering available data from multiple sources (online and offline)
Involve all relevant parties
Provide application for all levels of planning based on one set of master data
Develop and introduce new end-to-end standard work steps
