Mission
Our customer is one of the largest producer of specialty chemicals in Germany and supplier for all global key industries. The manufacturing of his main product is a complicated network of chemical processes which are linked to each other in loops. The production quality and duration varies so that a continuous matching between the facilities´ flows are necessary. The objective of this project is to implement a real time planning platform to synchronize the network of chemical production processes by simulation and optimization.
Solution and Work Process
In the current status we are realizing a proof-of-concept to demonstrate the feasability and the benefits of integrated and dynamic planning.
Specification of an integrated and dynamic planning and control of the network production with material loops
Concept to integrate the detailed planning and scheduling into the operational planning architecture of the customer
Demonstration of the advantages by simulating the cause-effect relationsships and the impacts on the order fulfilment
